Jan 25, 2013 - Four suspects remain on the loose after robbing a Wine and Spirits store.

Police were called to the Wine and Spirits store on Broad Street around 8:45pm.

According to Erie Police, four men entered the store, all of them believed to be carrying knives. One was described as a long butcher's knife.

Reports from the scene also indicated they took a bottle of whiskey which was found outside the store.

All four fled on foot.

Police scoured the area, following tracks in the snow, but so far no one has been arrested.

State Police have taken over the investigation because it was a State Store.

Comments

State Police will have these criminals behind bars soon and Erie will still be a GREAT place to work and live!

Another day, another typically asinine criminal stunt here in trashcan Erie. This stupid violence is a perfect example of just how much of a toilet bowl Erie has become.
