In his return trip to Erie, pool entertainer Dave Pearson will share his talents that led him to break over 20 world records of which four are listed in the Guinness Book of World Records. Pearson has traveled the globe entertaining billiard fans, performing in over 30 countries. Pearson has also made multiple appearances on national television, on shows such as Good Morning America, The Today Show and MTV.
World-famous trick shot artist Tom Rossman rsum includes many accomplishments. From 2000 to 2006 Rossman won over 22 artistic pool discipline titles, which was a clean sweep of all possible titles during that time period. Those accomplishments included the 2006 ESPN World Cup of Trick Shots Champion, the 2006 Masters Masse Champion, the 2005 WPA World and Masters Bank/Kick Shots Champion, and the 2001 BCA North American Artistic Pool Champion.
"Last year's feature performer, Dave Pearson, was one of the major highlights of the tournament. Bringing in Tom Rossman will add significantly to the fun and entertainment for our participants and spectators," noted Rod Didion of Warner Coin Machine and PA 8-Ball Pool Championship coordinator.
Erie Sports Commission Executive Director Ron Sertz echoed Dideon's comments: "These two world-famous trick shot artists are a "don't-miss" opportunity for Erie fans. The unbelievable talent of these two brings yet another dimension to the Championships, and we are glad to have the opportunity to be a part of it."
