Traditionally life was dictated by institutional tray delivery service, as is staffing and care. Rolling Fields offers Elders CHOICES where they had none before. Elders enjoy waking when they choose, ordering what they want from the menu, having meals when they want. We believe these changes are vital to the well-being of our Elder’s mental and physical needs. At Rolling Fields the kitchen is open 24 hours a day and the grill is always on! Elders have the choice to dine in our full service restaurant or enjoy room service anytime.

A dedicated team of therapists offers Physical, Occupational & Speech therapies for Elders in need of rehabilitation and restorative therapies. This year the therapy team added new state-of-the-art Accelerated Care Plus system to their menu of therapy services. The new system offers Elders pain-free options for arthritis treatment, surgical rehabilitation, and muscle building exercise.
