JET Away to the CMAs 2009 CONTEST RULES
To be eligible, all participants must meet the following requirements:
- To qualify, participants watch JET TV's Good Morning Erie weekdays from 10-19-09 through 10-29-09 between 6am and 7am. During this time, a :30 promotional spot identifying the JET Away to the CMAs Song of the Day will air. After this promotional spot airs on JET TV, 93.9 The Wolf will play this song at least 4 times over the remainder of the day. Participants must call 93.9 The Wolf when they hear this song, be the 9th caller, and meet all requirements outlined in these rules to be entered into the random prize drawing.
- Qualifiers must give their name, address, age and a phone number where they can be reached on Friday, October 30th between 9am and noon.
- Qualifiers must be at least 21 years of age and United States citizens.
- Employees of JET TV, FOX 66, YourErie.com, Nexstar Broadcasting, 93.9 The Wolf, Connoisseur Media, their subsidiaries and their families are not eligible to win.
- No purchase necessary.
- Prize is non-transferable. Prize has no cash equivalent. Prize may not be exchanged.
- JET TV will be the sole and final judge of eligibility and winner verification.
- Winner's name, voice and likeness may be used for publicity, promotion and/or news purposes without further compensation by both JET TV/Nexstar Broadcasing and 93.9 The Wolf/Connoisseur Media.
- By acceptance of prize, winner assumes full responsibility for all applicable income taxes, sales taxes, license and other fees that may apply.

- Winner will be announced on Good Morning Erie between 6 and 7 am on Friday, October 30th. Winner will be contacted and must acknowledge and accept prize, and give provide name of traveling guest by noon on that day. If winner cannot be reached by noon, an alternate winner will be chosen.
