You've seen the smiles and the surprise on the faces of winners from all over the country for years now.

And today the Publishers Clearing House Prize Patrol brought it's excitement to Fairview, and a winner who wasn't sure what was happening at first.

This afternoon the patrol brought its familiar balloons and roses and big check to the home of Andrew Burch.

He told us he's been entering the publishers clearing house sweepstakes for years.

“I wasn’t even expecting something like this. I just enter each time I go on the computer. There’s always a slim chance and the chance came out," says Burch.

In case you were wondering, the reactions you've seen on television are real. Winners, including Burch, have no idea the Prize Patrol is coming.
