The jury has heard all the testimony in the trial of former Superior Court Judge Michael Joyce.

Both prosecutors and the defense called their last witnesses in Joyce's insurance fraud trial.

Staff members at the Pittsburgh Federal Courthouse tell Action News 24 and FOX 66 News that the final witness was the neurosurgeon who operated on Joyce's back in 1992.

The defense is claiming that surgery made the judge susceptible to injury in a 2001 low-speed car collision.

Closing arguments are scheduled to begin on Monday morning.

The case will go to the jury immediately afterward.
