The trial of former Superior Court Judge Michael Joyce is in its final days.

Closing arguments are scheduled to take place Monday.

Prosecutors say Joyce faked injury in a 2001 car collision in Millcreek Township to collect $440,000 from two insurance companies.

The defense says Joyce was indeed injured and they have the medical evidence to prove it.

The trial will be entering its fifth week at Pittsburgh's Federal Courthouse.
