Absentee ballots officially counted this morning have widened Barry Grossman's slim lead in the County Executive race to three hundred four hundred votes. Now that all the ballots have been unofficially tabulated, Barry Grossman is now apparently the new County Executive -Elect. The official tally will be complete later today. Republican candidate Mike Kerner conceded the race during a news conference at the Erie County Courthouse.
