The sole survivor of an accident near Edinboro earlier this month will not face criminal charges. The Erie County District Attorney said they went over the case today with the assigned state trooper. After reviewing information, photos and other evidence, the DA said he did not feel criminal charges were warranted.

You may recall, three Edinboro students in two separate cars driving along Drake Road were killed in the accident.

It's the driver of a third car who survived and will not be charged.
