Police are saying both drivers are at fault after five people were taken to the hospital following a head-on collision north of Edinboro. Emergency crews were called to route 99 and Neyland road, just before one this morning. A minivan driven by 54 year old Martin Province of Erie collided head on with a car driven by a seventeen year old ... Causing multiple injuries to the eight people who were in the two vehicles. Police say four of the passengers were transported to Saint Vincent health center. A passenger in the caravan, 57 year old Patricia Province is currently listed in fair condition at Hamot. Police continue to investigate the cause.
