• Replace furnace and air conditioning filters monthly
• Wrap your hot water tank in insulation
• Use weather stripping between doors and frames

• Use motion sensors to regulate outdoor lighting
• Install ceiling fans to cut down on air conditioning needs
• Keep the flue damper closed when the fireplace is not in use
• Install storm windows or plastic film over single pane windows
