Welch’s Foods Inc. has just completed a “major Strategic Plan” that was meant to help it become more efficient, better at innovation and have a bigger international presence.


Because of this, Welch’s is negotiating with their union about restructuring their manufacturing plants.


When they finish these negotiations, they’ll have an idea as to the specific impact it will have on their employees.
