An Erie elementary school received a musical gift today.

Gannon University's Erie Chamber Orchestra donated a piano to music classes at Pfeiffer Burleigh Elementary School.

The orchestra's goal is to make sure everyone has access to music.

Teachers say the donated piano will give classes a hands-on experience.

Gannon University's chamber orchestra funded the transportation of the piano.
