Good Kid 11/05/12

This week's good kid is the CEO of a student designed company featured at Central Tech's business week.
Traci Teudhope takes us there to meet a teenager - getting a glimpse at the real world of business.
Fred Adams, Coordinator of Business Week, said: "You look for some kids that are born leaders and in our group that was Ashley. She walks in there, takes over, leads kids."
The company is Halo Electronics, and their product is high tech.
Ashley Peterson, Central Tech High School: "GPS, cell phone and a camera. We took everyone's ideas and made them into one."
When it comes to good kids, Ashley fits the bill.
Fred Adams: "Ashley cares for other people. She looks around at peers and looks for talent."
Business week is definitely an eye opening experience.
Ashley: "It is stressful. It's hard. Communication would be a really good thing. We have to talk to one another about what we have to do to get everything finished."
Fred Adams: "Believe me, they know cell phones, cameras, GPS's, but they don't know much about what's going on behind the scenes."
And when Ashley steps out into the real world of business?
Ashley: "I think it's going to be a little worse. A lot worse."
