Plans were discussed for the replacement of the Avonia Road Bridge during a public meeting in Fairview tonight...

The Avonia Road Bridge carries state Route 98 over I-90 in Fairview Township...

We're told the bridge the way it is now is structurally deficient...

And tonight Penndot officials were presenting design concepts to the public...

This project coming in at a total of $6 million.

Officials want to start construction at the beginning of 2014.
