911 Center To Get New Safety Program

November 29, 2012 - The Erie County 911 center will be gaining new technology to keep you safer.

 

Erie County Director of Public Safety, Todd Geers told JET 24 Action News of the centers plans to acquire Safe Town, a digital program where citizens can program personal information that will immediately available to dispatchers upon calling.

 

More information will be released on December 12, 2012.

Sounds like a GREAT idea!!! ;) That way if someone has a previous medical problem, they already know what to look for at 911...
