One Man Dies in Two Car Accident

An accident tonight in Crawford County took the life of a Saegertown man.

 

Around 6:30 tonight, two cars collided along Conneat Lake Road near Seifert's Furniture.

 

A car driven by 32-year-old Vincent F. Kiser of Saegertown crossed the center line and struck a car broadside. Kaiser was pronounced dead at the scene by Crawford County Coroner Scott Schell.

 

One of the occupants of the struck car was life-flighted by Stat Medivac to Erie with serious injuries.

A second person was taken to Meadville Medical Center for injuries sustained in the accident.

 

Vernon Township police and fire departments were on the scene for approximately two hours.

 

An investigation is underway.
