2 Injured in Frontier Park Sledding Accident

    JANUARY 1, 2013- It was a New Year's Day intended to be filled with family fun and sledding.

    But everything went down hill just after 5 p.m. at FrontierPark....

    47-year-old Gary Shingle suffered a serious back injury and was unable to move... causing his stepdaughter to call medics...

    Two minutes later, 10-year-old Isaiah Barron was tossed from his inner tube... landing on his neck and head...

    Emergency responders rushed down the hill to rescue the two victims.

    Both victims were transported to UPMC Hamot.

    Their condition is not known at this time.
