Attorney Announced Candidacy For Judge

Attorney Bill Kelly Jr. announcing his candidacy for judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County this morning.

Kelly held a press conference at the Erie Intermodel Transportation Center.

With his wife and children by his side, he announced his campaign motto is "protecting our families."

He says as judge, he wants to be the face of justice for our community...
