VanBuren Avenue Shooting

    The gun violence continues in the city of Erie as shots fired overnight sparked another investigation for Erie police.
    Police are currently on the lookout for suspects that reportedly fired shots in an east side neighborhood.
    At 3:45 this morning, police were called to 2632 Van Buren Avenue for reports of shots fired.
    At this hour, Erie police are inside the home searching for evidence.
    The home itself was hit by the gunfire, leaving a bullet hole in one of the windows.
One man was shot in the leg, stomach and foot.
The victim was taken to UPMC Hamot for treatment of his injuries, which do not appear to be life-threatening.

Do the idiots shooting everyday NOT realize that the more they shoot, the MORE a gun law WILL go into effect?? Or the MORE people WILL buy to defend themselves with?? Pretty soon, all of the places that have shootings everyday, are going to have riot squads posted all of the time, and make SURE they get ALL of those shooters, and I don't mean alive either!

It seems no matter were you live anymore, City, Millcreek Harborcreek from the worst to the best of nieghborhoods you arent safe. But yet the state continues to cut funding for safety and social services!
