FEBRUARY 3, 2013-

Erie Police followed two sets of footprints in the snow in hopes of catching up with two suspects involved in a robbery at the Shell Station at West 16th and Greengarden.

2 men were found in their apartment and were taken into custody.

The clerk at the Shell Station told police two black men with camouflage hooded sweatshirts came into the store and told the clerk to hand over the cash.

They reportedly made off with the contents of one of the registers.

Police searched the house after the suspects were arrested. They were taken back to the police station for questioning.
