One of two teenagers who police say brutally beat a man will face charges as an adult.
Sixteen-year-old Timothy Bolden spent three days in Crawford County Judge John Spataro's courtroom, and at the end of it, the judge ruled Bolden will be tried as an adult.

Meadville police say Bolden is one of two juveniles that assaulted and beat the man  in the early hours of New Years Day.

The incident was captured on video from a camera outside a pharmacy on North Street.
Bolden was sent to the Crawford County Prison.

Judge Spataro set bond at 25 thousand dollars. If he is released after posting bond, the judge ordered electronic monitoring.
