Erie County Executive Barry Grossman officially said today he's fighting to keep his position as the County Executive.

In front of family, friends, and supporters at the Erie County Courthouse, Grossman kicked off his campaign.
He was supported by big ticket names from the Erie County Democratic Party including former mayor Joyce Savocchio.

Grossman says if re-elected, he will focus on the taxpayers, like he says he did during his first three years.

Grossman will face Kathy Dahlkemper on the Democratic ticket in the May primary.
Both have promised to run positive campaigns.
