Hallelujah Fest

Some residents celebrated Halloween in an alternative fashion indoors tonight..

For the 20th Annual Hallelujah Fest...For kids to celebrate trick or treating in a safe manor.

Coordinators say this is a way for young kids to still dress up in their favorite costumes, but to be safe inside so parents don't have to worry about accidents.
