November 2, 2012 - Paving on upper Peach Street came to a halt this week with the heavy amounts of rain.

Jim Carroll from PENNDOT says paving on all projects is usually complete by the first of November.

This year, because of the weather, a little more paving will be done next week.

Normal traffic patterns on Upper Peach are expected to be in place before Christmas
