November 9,2012- A Vernon Township man is in the Crawford County jail on arson charges after a fire in his apartment.
Vernon Township Police Chief Randy Detzel charged Ryan K. Pasquito with Arson and Risking a Catastrophe among other charges in the wake of a fire Thursday at Timbercrest Apartments on Berkshire Drive in Vernon Township, Crawford county.
Police arrested Pasquito walking along route 19 carrying a small child. Officers say he carefully set the child down and attempted to walk away.
