The Facebook page Erie On Blast...which has attacked and tormented teens in and around our area has gotten a lot of attention...

And we've received a number of messages from the victims of this vicious cyber-bullying...

Bullying has been around forever...but today, it has taken on a whole new dimension through technology and social media..

Experts want you to know there are some things you can do to stop the attacks before they get out of hand.

Back on December 28th.. A Facebook page was created called Erie On Blast...

On this site, which has now been taken down, rips apart and severely bullies grade school and high school students...even including a their pictures...

Professionals at Safe Harbor Behavioral Health tell us in this age of social media and technology, cyber bullying is the worst form of bullying.

Mandy Fauble of safe harbor explains cyber bullying creates increased vulnerability for students... They'll continue to feel ridiculed because everything is so public, and those hurtful comments are there for them to read over and over again.

But Safe Harbor officials want you to know you are not alone, they have saved lives through their program and toll free hotline...

If you want to seek help...you're urged to call the Safeline hotline...it is toll free and confidential.
