Disney's World of Fantasy Showcases Local Skater

It's opening night at the Erie Insurance Arena for Disney on Ice, Worlds of Fantasy, and this performance has a local tie.
Meadville resident Alevia Peterson is the principal skater for the World of Fantasy show.
She takes on a couple of roles, playing Silver Mist from Tinkerbell and Barbie from Toy Story 3.
The arena will be transformed into Pixie Hallow and the audience can see how the fairies prepare for spring with an explosion of colors.
Peterson says skating for Disney is a dream come true.
Shows for tonight and Thursday and Friday get underway at 7pm.
Saturday there are 3 shows at 11am and 3 and 7pm, Sunday and Monday the shows are at 2pm.
