All Aboard Erie held its annual membership meeting this afternoon at the Brewery at Union Station in Erie.

Volunteer members are advocating to improve transportation and rail services in the northwest portion of Pennsylvania.

They discussed their hopes for a medium speed rail in Erie that would travel 125 miles per hour.

It would connect with 300 mile per hour high speed rail systems that are a possibility in larger cities like Chicago.

Current Erie transportation systems were also on the agenda.

All Aboard Erie also used today's annual meeting to elect officers to their committee.
