And while you're trying to stay warm in the harsh weather... Don't forget about your four legged friends!

Ruth Thompson of the ANNA Shelter is encouraging pet owners to keep your animals indoors while the temperatures outside are freezing...

    Thompson tells us they have a rule at the shelter, and in temperatures like this, your pet shouldn't be outside for more than five minutes.

    And when you bring your pet back indoors, make sure you wipe their pads and faces off to prevent frostbite.
