Senior Faces Marijuana Bust

February 19, 2013 - A Millcreek senior is facing criminal charges after a pot bust.

69 year old Henry Spada was arrested for his involvement in a marijuana growing operation in his home.

Located at 2350 West 38th Street, police found 37 marijuana plants inside the residence.

All of this is according to Millcreek Police.

Spada faces several charges including possession of marijuana.

He was arraigned before District Justice Paul Manzi and assigned a $10,000 bond.
