A longtime Erie native is announcing his candidacy for Erie County Council...

This isn't the first time David Pamula has run for Erie County Council in the second district... back in 2009 he faced incumbent Joe Giles...

Now he's running for that same seat... telling us today that he has a lot of big plans if elected.
