March 6, 2013 - High school students got a chance to learn firsthand what it's like to work in the medical field.

St Vincent Health Center hosted its Annual Physician Career Interest Night.

Nearly 100 high school students considering a career in medicine took part.

The informational night included question and answer sessions with doctors and medical students.

St Vincent Health Center officials say it's important to reach out to the youth.

Students also leaned about common medical myths and the daily routine of a doctor.
