Thousands of people head to the Bayfront Convention Center for day two of the 31st Annual Pennsylvania State 8-Ball Pool Championships, sponsored by the Valley National 8-Ball Associations, VNEA.

Ed Borgia is the tournament director and is a pool hall-of-famer. He's taught many area kids how to play pool. Many of his protgs have gone on to become world champions, including 17 year old Myles Simmons of Erie.

Simmons says it has been a great experience working under Borgia.

Other students, both current and former, also agree that Borgia's teachings have helped them become better pool players, and have helped them learn life lessons as well.
