With the winter weather outside, it's hard to imagine, but road construction season is upon us.

PennDot signs are starting to go up on upper Peach Street near I-90 announcing the coming season.

This is phase two of a massive project to relieve congestion.
Once complete, this 15-million dollar project will create a second left turn lane for both northbound and southbound Peach Street traffic to enter Interstate 90.

The project is scheduled to be completed by July of this year
