Jenny Hess, PTA

Jenny is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania and Connecticut, as well as having her PA license to practice under indirect supervision. She received her A.S. in Physical therapy from Mercyhurst College Northeast in 2001, and in 2010 graduated from Yale New Haven Hospitals school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She began her career working in a skilled nursing facility, yet has enjoyed the bulk of her career working in the outpatient setting assisting patients rehabilitate from sports injuries, surgeries, general reconditioning as well as aquatic therapy. She has also worked in various states as a Travel PTA in VA, PA, and CT. Prior to beginning her career in physical therapy Jenny maintained a strong background in Aquatics, with a history of Life guarding, swimming instruction as well as aquatic exercise program instruction. After living in Connecticut for 3 years Jenny returns to her hometown of Erie, PA to continue her career growth with Hertel and Brown Physical therapy at Family First Sports Park
