Millcreek Teacher Contract Approved
Millcreek teachers and the Millcreek School Board have approved a new five year teachers contract. It was approved Tuesday evening following months of negotiations and threats of a teachers strike. The new contract calls for teachers to receive a 3.75-percent pay increase each year. It also calls for teachers to pay $20 per pay for health insurance, deductibles, and co-pays. Previously, teachers did not contribute towards healthcare. Both sides consider the contract fair.
