breaking news
Dozens of local Christians along with The Benedictine Sisters of Erie braved the cold weather Friday to take part in the annual Good Friday Pilgrimage for Peace. The silent walk started at Saint Peter`s Cathedral following a short prayer service. Those taking part say the walk shows their desire for a better world and better treatment of the poor. This year`s theme is children. Along the way, several stops were made to pray for Erie`s youth. This is the 27th year for the Good Friday Pilgrimage for Peace.
