Erie County Plans "Southern" Courthouse
Erie County is considering a satellite office of county government. County Executive Mark DiVecchio calls it a "southern" courthouse. He revealed the countys plan at a meeting in Corry. He said the countys branch campus would be located somewhere between Union City and Corry. He indicated the county has begun the search for a location. The Health Department, Office of Children and Youth, and others would be located in this satellite office to make it convenient for residents of southeastern Erie county.
