McHenry Goes To Court

The man accused of shooting 32-year old Josh Dibello in the head is expected to enter into a plea deal with the district attorneys office today. David Patrick McHenry is charged with several crimes in connection to Dibellos murder including criminal homicide and aggravated assault. The shooting happened in the parking lot of Hermans Cafe at East 28-th and Parade streets on July 20th. This morning, McHenry is expected to plead guilty to a 3rd degree murder charge before Judge William Cunningham in Erie County Court.
