global warming Dozens packed a town hall meeting Wednesday night to talk about the critical issues of global warming and climate change. Erie County Executive Mark Divecchio along with Lance Simmens, a special assistant to Governor Ed Rendell, spoke to Erie County residents last night about global warming. Simmens presented a slideshow presentation on the documentary film An Inconvenient Truth. Divecchio talked about what Erie County is doing to help the environment. The presentation aimed to make the public aware about the consequences of climate change.
