A Soldiers Homecoming

watch video
It was a heartfelt homecoming for one Union City family Monday morning. Lance Corporal Barry Weilacher returned home from Iraq. His plane was delayed because of the winter storms on the east coast, but he arrived safely at Erie International Airport around 1:30 Monday morning. Corporal Weilacher is stationed in Al Assad in the Al Anbar province of Iraq. He serves as a heavy machine gunner. He'll be home for a month before returning to Iraq. His family is happy to see him home safe.
