There are new developments in the trial of a man facing charges of repeatedly sodomizing a girl when she was 5-years old. Judge John Bozza is asking for a second examination of the now 13-year old girl. The prosecution's expert noted scarring on the girls body in previous testimony. Now Bozza wants a second examination by the defense's expert after he decided there was a lack of photographs showing scar tissue on the young lady’s body. Even if the defenses expert proves there was no scarring that does not mean the child was not raped. The district attorneys office is currently reviewing Bozza's opinion. They believe that the ruling might affect future handling of child abuse investigations
