Spring Roadwork Begins
The weather may still feel like winter, but spring roadway projects are getting underway. PennDOT began construction along Erie's Bayfront Highway. Crews are completing concrete patching between Greengarden Road and State Streets. To avoid traffic tie-ups, there won't be any work from 6 until 9 in the morning. Crews will also halt heavy construction after 10 at night. PennDOT was also scheduled to begin construction on Interstate 90 between the Ohio line and Exit 9.
