Tensions continue to run high on the Virginia Tech campus. Wednesday police responded to what they thought might have been a bomb threat. After an extensive search, police gave the all clear. Officials say it was an unfounded report about some suspicious activity.Police are also wrapping up their crime scene investigation at Norris Hall. That’s the engineering building where they say Cho Seung Hui killed 30 people before shooting and killing himself. As for the fatal shootings in the West Ambler Johnston dormitory, police say they still can't say for sure that Cho Seung-Hui committed those two killings. Police say they had contact with Cho in the past. They first encountered the English major in an alleged stalking incident in the fall of 2005. That’s when a female student complained Cho kept contacting her and was being "annoying." Authorities also say they took him to a mental health facility that same year after someone notified them Cho may have been suicidal. Still, police say, despite the multiple complaints filed against Cho, there was nothing in his record to prevent him from buying a gun.
