Officials from Blair Corporation are saying the financially strapped clothing company will remain in Warren as a result of a merger with Appleseed’s Topco, Incorporated. At a shareholders meeting Tuesday morning, 76 percent voted in favor of the merger between Blair and Appleseeds Topco Incorporated. The CEO’s of both Blair and Appleseeds say they’re excited about this merger. While they did say the merger brings the possibility of employee expansion, some major restructuring is in their future. Officials say they expect the merger to be complete within the next ten business days
