Copper Bust

 Four people are under arrest in connection with steeling copper from Kold Draft Industries. Erie police arrested Richard Slupski and his son, Richard Slupski along with Richard and Jessica Martin. The foursome are charged with criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Authorities say, approximately 4-thousand pounds of copper worth twenty-thousand dollars were taken from Kold Draft Industries between November of 2005 and September of 2006. The four of them are out on bond. A hearing is scheduled for May 21st.
