Alleged Internet Predator Caught

The Erie County District Attorney's high tech crime unit has helped put an alleged internet predator behind bars.

23-year old Jason Chaussey of Tennessee was arrested in April.

He reportedly made inappropriate contact over the internet with an Erie County investigator who was posing as a 13-year-old girl.

Before that, Chaussey already faced charges of Statutory rape and sexual exploitation of a minor in another unrelated case.
