The Fate of Roosevelt Middle School
At Roosevelt on Wednesday afternoon, several options were discussed as the district tries to figure out where the students will go this fall. According to School Superintendent Doctor Jim Barker, engineers and architects will take a final look at Roosevelt to see if using the school for one more year is even possible.
The Erie School board is expected to make a decision by the end of this month. Roosevelt is so run down district officials say it can not be renovated.
