Harbor Creek Hit List Hysteria
Harbor Creek superintendent David Smith is now trying to debunk threat rumors at the high school. State Police and Harbor Creek school officials are investigating rumors of an alleged hit list threatening a school shooting on Friday. So far, neither police nor school officials can find any evidence of a list, anyone who has seen it, or anyone who has been threatened.
Talk of a hit list has been rumored on internet message blogs, text messages, and in emails. School Superintendent Dr. David Smith says he feels Harbor Creek schools are safe and the district has taken every precaution necessary at this time.
